Our admin team will check stock availability and allocate the product under your invoice number. A: We strive to provide the best value to our customers, so we offer free delivery to your doorstep for every item you purchase from MidasGB (excluding Scotland, Ireland, and far-off postcodes). However, we do have some additional services that you can select at the checkout for a fee.
Q: Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?
To return an item purchased from MidasGB, email us within 7 days of receiving the item at customerservice@midasgb.co.uk for a returns number and fill return form instructions. If the item is not faulty, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return delivery, typically around £89. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item and may take up to 7 days to process. Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned, and some items may have different return policies.
We advise that you ensure the item is securely packed and returned in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Q: How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the product. Please check the delivery time listed on each product. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will consolidate them for one delivery, and the longest delivery time will apply to the whole order. If you want separate deliveries, you can pay an additional handling charge.
Q: Will you call me before you come to deliver my order?
A: We provide a 2-hour delivery window to avoid you waiting all day, and for some brands, we give you the driver's phone number so you can arrange a delivery time directly.
Q: What to do if I receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete delivery from MidasGB?
A: If there are any issues with your order, MidasGB will work to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Here's what to do in case of wrong/damaged/incomplete delivery:
(a) Products Delivered Wrong: If you receive the wrong item, please do not accept it and return it to the driver. If you realize the mistake after the driver has left, email customerservice@midasgb.co.uk with your order number and details of the product delivered. MidasGB will locate the correct item and arrange for delivery as soon as possible.
(b) Products Delivered Damaged: Check the item upon delivery and if you find any damages or defects, do not accept the delivery and mention the damage on the proof of delivery (POD). If you notice the problem after the driver has left, take pictures of the damage/defects and email them to customerservice@midasgb.co.uk. MidasGB will be in touch within 5 working days to resolve the problem.
(c) Products Delivered Incomplete: If you discover that your order is missing a box or a part, email customerservice@midasGB.co.uk or call 0116 267 1000 to speak to customer service and provide full information about the missing articles. MidasGB will ensure the missing items are delivered to you as soon as possible.

Where do you deliver your products in the UK and worldwide?
MidasGB provides door-to-door delivery for all orders delivered to any location in England.
What are the delivery charges?
MidasGB offers free delivery to customers having their orders delivered to England or Wales.
However, there are certain postcodes and areas that are excluded from this offer.
If you are having your order delivered to far-off postcodes, such as PH, KW, PA, and all Scottish Islands, an additional delivery surcharge of £79.99 will be applied, regardless of your order value.
Please note that delivery to these postcodes may take an extra 7 to 14 days.
We are committed to delivering goods to the delivery location within the agreed time period without undue delay. We aim to deliver within 2-5 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
We make every effort to provide free delivery on most products to mainland UK addresses when we use our delivery service. However, in some cases where the order is under £300, we may need to make a small charge for delivery. We strive to keep this charge as low as possible while ensuring to provide a high-quality delivery service.
Please be aware that MidasGB does not deliver to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, or any offshore islands. We are also unable to deliver to postcodes including BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO (30-41), and ZE.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily, or Orkney Island. However, we can deliver your order to the nearest port, and from there, you will need to arrange onward delivery.
Our customers will be able to track their delivery through a tracking number, which allows them to stay up-to-date on their delivery status. In addition, customers will receive regular updates via SMS regarding the progress of their delivery.
What's the expected delivery time for my order?
The estimated delivery time depends on the status of stock and availability. We book pre-orders and forward those to our manufacturing unit for execution.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on the leaflet of each product. The products are typically delivered within 2-5 days. Items requiring special finishes or customized ones may take some extra time (2 weeks) to be conveyed to the customers.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery timescales, the longest delivery time should be considered as the estimated delivery time for your order.

Next Day Delivery
MidasGB can deliver the products to its customers the very next day of its availability at the store. The service is available against some additional charges that would be conveyed to the customers. The request for next-day delivery would be considered keeping in view the distance from our location and the availability of our delivery team.
Deluxe Weekend Delivery
We understand that our customers lead busy lives and may not always be available to receive their deliveries during the week. That's why we're excited to offer weekend delivery services at a small additional cost.
Now you can shop with us and receive your items on a day that's most convenient for you, without having to take time off work or miss important appointments. It's just another way we're making your shopping experience with us even more enjoyable and hassle-free.
How will my delivery be scheduled and carried out?
After your order is prepared for dispatch, our delivery team will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.
They will provide you with a specific day when they are in your area, as well as a time frame for the delivery's estimated arrival at your address. If you are unable to accept delivery on the scheduled date, our delivery team will be pleased to offer you another date - probably the next day of their visit to your area.

For free standard delivery, your item will be delivered to your door. Please note that our deliveries are carried out by our own vans or third-party courier services.
