"Items" refers to the product being sold or delivered from this website.
"Made to order" refers to goods that are not held by The Seller/ Customized products.
"Delivery" refers to the ordered goods that reach your doorstep at the address provided by you on time.
Conditions of Contract
By placing an order on this website, you agree to our terms and conditions.
When your product is delivered, it's your responsibility to check it and sign the delivery note.
Please note that clearance items cannot be replaced.
We will verify your payment and card details to ensure that they are valid.
If you order a made-to-order product, please note that it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You can pay a 50% deposit now and pay the remaining balance before delivery to place an order.
We will not accept a return request if the item packaging is missing, or if our couriers cannot collect the item safely.
If the item is damaged during delivery, our liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the value of the damaged article, whichever is most cost-effective for us.
You have 14 days to return and request a refund for regular items.
Please check your flat-packed item(s) before attempting to assemble them. If you attempt to assemble flat-packed furniture, it is not covered under our Returns Policy.
Pricing and Payment Policy
We offer free standard one-man delivery to the customer's door to the first point of entry to the property.
If you have opted for Next-Day or Deluxe Weekend Delivery, you will be charged a certain additional amount which will be conveyed to upon receiving your request.
The product prices are only meant for purchases made online on this website and seasonal sales.
Price shown on our website is inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
Marble Tables, Ceramic Tables, and Extending Glass Tables will be delivered to the ground floor only.
Special sales or discounted offer prices on our web store for the special promotional event are valid only till midnight of the date the offer expires.
