At MidasGB, we take pride in ensuring that our customers receive products of the highest quality. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. In such cases, we have a well-defined return and refund policy to ensure that you are satisfied with our services.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, and you wish to return it for a refund, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty/incorrect item and its original packaging. We will need 10-30 days to arrange for the collection of the item.
The returned product must be in the same condition as supplied, unused, and in its original/appropriate packaging. Upon receiving the item, our accounts team will process your refund, which will be credited to the card you used for payment within 7 days from the date the item was received in our warehouse.
Please note that if you have attempted to assemble the product by yourself or appointed a third party to assemble it and the item is damaged during the assembly process, we cannot offer a return or refund.
