MidasGB provides free deliveries for all locations in England and Wales.
The customer will be updated through an email when the product is couriered along with the timeframe for delivery to the customers. The customers are requested to inform the company beforehand if they are not available at the given delivery time so that it can be rescheduled.
The “days” mentioned on our website mean the working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that we do not deliver to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, or any Offshore Islands or the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO (30-41), ZE.
In case of the failed delivery, the customers would be charged extra amount for re-delivery.
Next-Day Delivery and Deluxe Weekend Delivery
MidasGB also offers Deluxe Weekend Delivery service at a small additional cost as well as the delivery on the very next day the product arrives at our location.
Product Delivery Guidelines
To ensure a seamless delivery process, please ensure that there is safe and ample access for our big vans and big Lorries. Our drivers may refuse to deliver your order if they find the access unsafe or not accessible, so please keep this in mind when preparing for your delivery.
We understand that your time is valuable, so we'll provide you with a delivery date and time well in advance. In case you're unable to be at the delivery address, please let us know in advance so that we may reschedule a delivery as per your convenience.
At MidasGB, we strive to provide you with the best delivery experience possible. However, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, breakdowns, motorway traffic, missed or failed delivery, or rescheduling of delivery can occur, and we won't be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such situations.
We offer delivery to mainland UK and Scotland. Unfortunately, we don't deliver to the Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily & Orkney Island, but we can deliver up to the nearest port, and you can arrange onward delivery from there.
